Reliquary

The work of Alana Wilson, an Australian artist who works primarily with ceramics as her medium. The lid titled "Reliquary" is a box for storing important and precious things.

Starting from a very personal small point, Alana's work leads to an inquiry into humanism through the existence of "vessels," which have always been a part of people's lives through tens of thousands of years of human activity, rise and fall.

From a work exhibited in " Unflamed " (organized by KOGEI Seika and exhibited at the KOGEI Festival), organized by GALLERY crossing in 2020.
