Placing an order
Complete your shopping, placing the items you want to purchase in the shopping cart. Proceed to checkout, where you can confirm the shipping cost to your registered address select your desired payment method and submit the order. You will received an automated confirmation mail stating the contents of the order and the shipping charge. Shipping charge is decided in its gross weight. We regret that some items cannot be delivered.

Payment
If you need overseas delivery, please make payment via credit cards. When you place an order, most credit cards will not be immediately charged. Instead, an authorization request for the amount of the order will be made with your credit card company. This may appear on your online account as a pending charge. Upon shipment of your order, the charge will be finalized and will formally post to your account.

 

Currency
The exchange rate prevailing at the time an order is confirmed will determine the final price for all purchases.

 

About delivery and shipping charges
We will arrange for the delivery via EMS (Express Mail Service). Your order will send out soon after your payment is confirmed.(Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 5 days of the order date.) We will inform you the tracking number of the shipment. It may take 1-2 weeks depending on the delivery area after your payment arrives. You will receive a shipping confirmation mail with tracking information upon order shipment.

Please make sure that we cannot accept shipping charges because they will be determined based on the delivery areas and weight of merchandise. We cannot be specified the delivery date and time.

In a small number of cases, the shipping charge may have to be adjusted to reflect the unique shipping requirements of items requiring special handling or very large orders that may require multiple packages to ship safely. In such cases we will update the shipping charge and then contact you by email for your approval before proceeding to ship your order.

 

Taxes / VAT
Orders shipped to addresses outside of Japan are not charged the Japanese 10% VAT (Value Added Tax). Your package may be subject to local import duties, VAT or tariffs. Payment of such charges is the responsibility of the recipient and is usually collected upon delivery. Customs policies vary widely from state to state and country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order.

 

Returns
In case the item is shipped back to Japan due to imposibility to deliver, carriage for return will be charged to you. We cannot accept returns and exchanges for personal reasons. Return or replacement is not acceptable unless it is confirmed as a defective or an inferior article. You may claim insurance when the articles are delivered damaged or missing during the transportation.
