[Terms of Use]

Our online store PEOPLE by GALLERY crossing sells artwork to end users. Please note that orders will be cancelled if it can be determined that the purpose of the order is for resale or re-sale, or if the customer purchases the same item multiple times or in large quantities.

*All prices listed include 10% consumption tax.

[About delivery]
Q. How much is the shipping cost?

A. When you select your address in the cart, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated. We will deliver within Japan by Yamato Transport's TA-Q-BIN.

Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: 1,100 yen
Hokkaido, Okinawa: 1,650 yen

*Special fees may be charged for delivery to some remote islands, large items, and some artwork. In such cases, we will contact you by e-mail after your order is placed.

Q. Can I split an order into two separate deliveries?

A. You can specify only one delivery address. If you wish to have your order delivered to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

Q. What kind of packaging is used for delivery?

A. As part of our efforts to protect the environment, we ask for your understanding and cooperation in reusing (reusing) packing and cushioning materials. For normal delivery, we use newspaper and recycled cardboard as cushioning material. If you would like us to use new cardboard or cushioning material, please indicate it in the message box when you pay for the cart.

Q. Can you ship overseas?

A. We can ship internationally, please see OVERSEAS.

Q.Do you offer gift wrapping?

A. We offer simple gift wrapping. Please enter it in the message box when you make a payment.

If the shipping address is different from the person who placed the order, we will not include a delivery note or other document that shows the price.
If you wish to have your order packaged in a box, please contact us.
We do not accept " noshi" (gift wrapping).

Q. Can I receive products purchased from the online store at the gallery?

A. If you pay by credit card and receive your order within one month of placing your order, we can accommodate your request. Please contact us via the message box or e-mail after payment is made as usual. Shipping charges will be refunded at the time of credit card payment. (If you miss the pickup deadline, we will ship your order with the shipping fee paid on delivery, regardless of the order amount.)

GALLERY crossing is open only during the exhibition period. We will not be able to deliver outside of business days and hours. Please check for the schedule.

[About payment]
Q. Can I pay in installments by credit card?

A. Only a single payment is accepted.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.

Q. Can I use cash on delivery or bank transfer?

A. Cash on delivery service and bank transfers are not available. Please use credit card or PayPal. (Please consult with us about companies and stores.)

Q. Can you issue a receipt?

A. If you would like a receipt, please write "Receipt Request" in the remarks column when placing your order. We will send you a receipt with the following information when the order is shipped.

  • Addressee name: The name on the order
  • Note: As the price of the product.

Only the name of the recipient can be changed. If you wish to change it, please write it in the remarks column.
*If you request a receipt after order completion, please contact us by e-mail.
Receipts must be requested within one month of purchase.
*We cannot accept a receipt with the name of the addressee as "上様" or "blank" or without a date.
If payment is made by credit card, please write "credit card payment" in the payment method and no stamp will be affixed to the receipt.

[Returns and Exchanges]
Q. Can I return or exchange my order?

A. Only defective products can be returned or exchanged in the case of damage during shipping, incorrectly shipped items, or defective products.

  • In the case of damage during shipping or wrongly shipped items, we will send a replacement product as long as it has not been used. However, if the item cannot be exchanged because it is a one-of-a-kind item, the product price will be refunded. (We will bear the shipping costs for the replacement item.) In the case of damage during shipping, the shipping company will contact you and ask you to pick up the item(s), so please keep the box and packing materials as they were when you received the item(s).
  • Please notify us by e-mail within 2 days of receiving the product, stating the order number, your name, address, and the reason for the exchange, as well as the circumstances of the exchange.
  • We may not be able to accept the item if you return it without notifying us.

Q. Can I cancel or change an order after it has been placed?

A. In principle, we do not accept cancellations or changes of products due to customer reasons. Please understand this in advance. Each piece is handmade, so each piece will have a different appearance. There may be small scratches, bubbles, patterns, etc., but we will only deliver items that have been inspected by the artist and the gallery.

Q. The product I received was different from what I imagined. Can I return it?

A. No. We do not accept cancellations or changes of items due to customer's reasons. The color of the product may look slightly different from the actual color of the product depending on the monitor environment. Please understand this in advance.

[About the work]
Q.Can I order in bulk quantities?

A. We do not accept orders or reservations for unlisted or out-of-stock items. For inquiries from companies and stores, please contact us through our gallery.

Q.I would like to know more about the size of your works.

A. Please check the contents of the product detail page for information on the size and color of the artwork. If you still have questions after checking the information, please contact us through the Contact Us page.

Q.The price of a work is shown as "Price on request.

A. Prices for works marked " PRICE ON REQUEST" will be notified in detail when you make an inquiry. Please contact us with your name and contact information.

Q.The price of a work is displayed as "LOGIN".

A. Prices for works marked "LOGIN" will be displayed after you create an account and log in.

Q.The price of a work fluctuates.

A.Prices may fluctuate due to exchange rates, price increases of artwork, etc.

Q.When will the artwork be restocked? Can I make reservations?

A. All artwork, objets d'art, vases, etc. are basically one-of-a-kind. Other works by the same artist can be found on each artist's page. Some items, such as vases and products, may be restocked, but we cannot promise when they will be back in stock, nor can we make reservations. Please check PEOPLE by GALLERY crossing's Instagram for information on new arrivals.

[About the store]
Q. Where is the actual store located?

A. PEOPLE by GALLERY crossing is operated by the art gallery GALLEERY crossing. The gallery does not have a permanent exhibition of works sold in the online store. If you would like to see the works in person, please contact us in advance by e-mail.

Q. May I use the photos on the website?

A. All images and text on this site may not be copied or diverted in any way.

The personal information you provide will be used only for replying to your inquiries, settling payment for products, shipping products, and notifying you via GALLERY crossing's e-mail news, exhibition DMs, etc. We will not provide your personal information to any third party without your prior consent unless there are special circumstances such as disclosure is required by law.
