[Terms of Use]
Our online store PEOPLE-JP sells artwork to end users. Please note that we will cancel your order if we can judge that you intend to resell or re-sell the product, or if you purchase the same product multiple times or in large quantities.

*All prices are inclusive of 10% consumption tax.

[About Shipping]
Q. How much is the shipping cost?
A. The shipping cost is automatically calculated when you select your address in the cart. We use Yamato Transport's TA-Q-BIN service for delivery within Japan.

Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: 1,100 yen
Hokkaido and Okinawa: 1,650 yen

*Special fees may be charged for delivery to some remote islands, large items, and some artworks. In such cases, we will contact you by e-mail after your order is placed.


Q. Can I split an order into two separate deliveries?
A. You may specify only one delivery address. If you wish to have your order shipped to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.


Q. What kind of packaging is used for delivery?
A. As part of our efforts to protect the environment, we ask for your understanding and cooperation in reusing packing materials and cushioning materials. For normal delivery, we use newspaper and recycled cardboard as cushioning material. If you would like us to use new cardboard or cushioning material, please indicate it in the message box when you pay for the cart.


Q. Can you ship overseas?
A. Yes, we can ship overseas, please see OVERSEAS.


Q.Do you offer gift wrapping?
A. We offer simple gift wrapping. Please write it in the message box when you make a payment.

If the recipient's address is different from the one who placed the order, we will not include a delivery note or other documents that show the price.
We do not accept "noshi" (gift wrapping).


Q.Can I check the products in the online store at the actual store?
A. PEOPLE-JP sells only online. Please note that you cannot see the products in our actual stores.


[About payment]
Q.Can I pay in installments by credit card?
A. We accept one-time payment only.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express. 



Q. Do you accept cash on delivery and bank transfer?
A. Cash on delivery service and bank transfer are not available. Please use credit card or PayPal.


Q. Can you issue a receipt?
A. If you would like a receipt, please write "I would like a receipt" in the remarks column when you place your order. We will send it to you with your order with the following information.

Addressee name: Your name at the time of order
Note: To be used to cover the cost of the product.
Only the name of the recipient can be changed. If you wish to change it, please write it in the remarks column.
If you request a receipt after completing your order, please contact us by e-mail.
Please request a receipt within one month of purchase.
*We cannot accept a receipt with the name of the recipient as "上様" or "blank" or without a date.
If you are paying by credit card, please write "credit card payment" in the payment method and do not affix any stamps to the receipt.


[Returns and Exchanges]
Q. Can I return or exchange my order?
A. Only defective products that are damaged during shipping or shipped in error can be returned or exchanged.

In the case of damage during shipping or wrongly shipped product, we will send a replacement product as long as it has not been used. However, if the item cannot be exchanged, such as a one-of-a-kind item, the product price will be refunded. (Substitution
